1. Products & Availability

Many of our items are handmade, one-off, or limited edition, meaning availability may vary.

We reserve the right to withdraw or update listings at any time.

Colours, finishes, and measurements may vary slightly due to handcrafted nature.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£)

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, BACS transfer, PayPal (on request), Cash/Card on Collection.

For bespoke or commissioned items, a non-refundable deposit 50% is required to begin work.

The remaining balance is due upon completion or delivery.

3. Orders & Confirmations

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or message.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and verified.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if we believe there is a pricing error, availability issue, or breach of these

4. Delivery & Collection

We offer UK-wide delivery. Costs vary depending on location, size, and item.

You may also arrange local collection by appointment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors (e.g. couriers, weather).

Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery or collection.

5. Returns & Damages

We do not offer returns for change of mind, especially on custom, commissioned, or one-off pieces.

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours with clear photos.

We will assess the case and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

6. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Bespoke items are made to your specifications and are non-refundable.

We will provide sketches or sample images where applicable before final production begins.

Once confirmed, changes may incur additional costs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including images, product names, descriptions, and designs — is the property of

Luxury Garden Treasures Ltd and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including delays caused by third-party couriers.

While we take great care with all products, customers are responsible for installation, positioning, and maintenance.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We only collect and use personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws.

Your details will never be shared or sold to third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under English law.

Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
